It's not everyday that we get amazing reviews but we work tirelessly to give stellar service to each and every one of our clients.
We really do care about our solar customers and just want them to have a great experience with us. But... because we just got a really outstanding solar review, we wanted to share it with the Superior Solar family.

"The Superior Solar team did a fantastic job on my solar PV project. I am an engineer myself, fairly knowledgeable about solar PV systems, and not afraid to admit that I can be a difficult customer.
Everyone I dealt with at Superior Solar was an absolute pleasure to work with, very accommodating to my probing questions and recommendations through all stages of the project.
The pre-sales support I received was exceptional, in particular the design and proposal products. My sales person incorporated 3D modeling and drone photography to represent my home and determine with precision how many solar modules cold fit, and where.
There was no guess-work involved, and no need to modify the plans once the installers were on the roof.
He also helped me determine the right amount of production capacity for my needs, and could help trade off variables such as available roof real-estate, module efficiency and cost, to maximize the production to cost ratio for my unique installation.
To be frank, it was these pre-sales work products that sold me on Superior Solar. Between several friends, co-workers and myself, I had seen proposals and installations from around a dozen local solar contractors. Superior's pricing was competitive with most of the other installers, however their design and proposal product was of much higher quality. I was hoping that the higher quality work product would carry forward into the actual equipment and installation after I signed the contract, and I'm happy to report that it did 100%.
After signing the contract I was assigned a fantastic program manager. She was constantly providing updates as the project moved through steps such as engineering, permitting, installation and inspection.
Communication was absolutely top-notch, I was never left wondering what the next step was or when it was supposed to occur. She made everything absolutely turn-key, from dealing with the city permit office and scheduling inspectors to submitting paperwork to my utility company. I only had to sign and mail a couple forms to her and everything was taken care of like magic. Other friends of mine who used other installers were sometimes bogged down in filing their own paperwork with the city or utility company, but Superior made sure this was not possible. I couldn't have asked for anything more in a project manager.
When my project moved from design into engineering, the "three-line" drawings were thorough and accurate. All wiring and breakers were sized correctly for the design, without being over-engineered. Finally, the roof installation crew and electrical crew did excellent work, paying close attention to aesthetics and workmanship. I didn't end up with bare racking protruding beyond the ends of the solar modules, or loose wires running through my attic, as I've seen in some other installations on friend's houses. In the end, I'm very happy with how the system looks installed on my home, including the new electrical panel, conduit and pipe work.
Overall, it's been a great experience from start to finish and I don't have the slightest thing to complain about. If you're looking for the highest quality system at a fair price, and a strong support team who stands behind what they do, I can't recommend Superior Solar enough."
